I admit that I am exceptionally perplexed, vexed, and of the opinion that the United States government, with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in particular has gone completely mad. It has now been reported that the undeniably liberal activist 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is understandably the most over-turned court in the nation, has once again decided to not follow Constitutional guidelines while adjudicating a case.
It would seem that they are bowing to international law, with the tacit (perhaps explicit) approval of the United States Department of Justice, in allowing eleven southern nations to weigh in on the "un-Constitutional" nature of the state of Arizona's new anti-illegal immigration law. Needless to say Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, is angry along with tens of millions of other Americans, and is trying to understand whereby foreign nations should be allowed any say whatsoever in regards to the case of the sovereign state of Arizona in the assumed sovereign nation of the United States of America when it comes to enforcing its international border security.
The 9th Circuit is allowing dissenting opinion on Arizona's immigration law to be accepted from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and Peru. The irony, and indeed hypocrisy of allowing dissent in a sovereign nation's disposition on one of its state's laws is that nearly all of these countries have exceptionally tough illegal immigration laws of their own that typically imprison any such violators of these immigration laws on their first offense.
Of course, Mexican President Felipe Calderon has been an outspoken critic of Arizona's clamping down on illegal immigration, due to the federal government's egregious failings in not protecting our nation's southern border from the exodus of illegal aliens flooding into America from across that same border. Note that Mexico has exceptionally tough illegal immigration laws and indeed has very tight security across it's southern border with Guatemala.
The fact that international law and self-interested views from foreign nations are being considered and actually solicited by our federal court system and the Obama Department of Justice is inexcusable when deciding a matter that by its very nature must be determined by the sovereignty of the Federal Government under the dictates of the United States Constitution alone.
The creeping ingress of globalization and international law trumping the dictates of American Constitutional law should not and cannot be abided. Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama, I implore you to defend your oaths to protect and defend America and its Constitution from right now going forward. Otherwise, this is indeed an egregious and pernicious offense that frankly rises to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors in my humble opinion. Indeed, as Ronald Reagan famously said, "A nation without borders is not a nation."

We are a country that is ruled by the Constitution (with all Amendments), and the Declaration of Independence, not by the majority of the day. When the uneducated do not know the principles in these documents, therein lays the problem in losing, so no one should be surprised when the dullards lose in court after being smartly challenged.
Last month of October 2010, our Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Arizona’s requirement that people show proof of citizenship to register to vote or the 2004, “Prop. 200”. In the month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013″ and “SB1070″ Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you.
In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.
I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of these laws, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, housing, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO! You were all wrong then and you are wrong now!
I hope that every American, regardless of where he lives, will stop and examine his conscience about this and other related incidents. This Nation was founded by people of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all people are created equal, and that the rights of every person are diminished when the rights of one person are threatened. All of us ought to have the right to be treated as he would wish to be treated, as one would wish his children to be treated, but this is not the case.
Today we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free. In a time of domestic crisis people of good will and generosity should be able to unite regardless of party or politics and do what is right, not what is just popular with the majority. Some people comprehend discrimination by never have experiencing it in their lives, but the majority will only understand after it happens to them.

That being said, your assertions that Arizona's attempt to enforce immigration laws that the federal government should be doing is "racist" is ludicrous.
It is my opinion, and the considered opinion of many of my fellow Americans that our immigration system is indeed broken. It needs a complete restructuring to allow LEGAL immigrants to come into the United States in a sustainable fashion.
Allowing unfettered access to our nation and to all of its benefits by those that chose to enter illegally is counter to the very definition of a "nation" and its citizenry.
Is what you propose a complete revocation of all border enforcement and the implementation of a Western hemisphere comprised of one large nation, sir? Surely you can see the fatal flaws in that ever working.
I do not blame those folks coming here illegally that seek nothing but a better life for themselves and their families.
I absolutely blame their despotic and corrupt governments that create the economic situations that are so deprived as to motivate such otherwise law-abiding folk to risk their very lives in fleeing their nations of origin.
As for those such as narco-terrorists that threaten our southern border, they create a clear and present danger to the United States and should be dispatched whenever possible with extreme prejudice accordingly. If Mexico is unable or unwilling to do so, our military should be used to shut down completely the border to ensure our safety.

In seeking wisdom and the fair and just decision that must be made in a perplexing case, the court seeks points of view of others.
We lose nothing by listening to these points of view. Standing like an ostrich gains us nothing.
The judge will take or leae the points of veiw as is appropriate. Worry not about who is talking, let's worry about who is actin, to silence justice, to quash the freedom of others.
