President Trump and the Leftist Foolishness of the No Kings Rallies

Ronald Reagan made that ironically amusing observation in his speech “A Time for Choosing” on October 27 of 1964 in support of Barry Goldwater’s presidential campaign. Nearly 61 years later, nothing has seemingly changed.

Well… other than the fact that there are darned few liberals left in America, as most of them have been transmogrified into leftists.  There is a distinct difference between leftists and liberals.  Old-fashioned liberals proclaimed to be for the average person and still supported what they thought was best for the country.  Leftists today despise this nation and what they erroneously think it now stands for today.  They are for radical fringe causes and self-identified “oppressed” groups. One can have an intelligent conversation with a liberal and perhaps even find some common ground on which you both can agree.  This is not so with leftists.  They don’t want to debate.  They want to shout down and intimidate anyone that has the temerity to disagree with them.  You know you have won the argument with a leftist when they resort to calling you a Nazi and spouting other ad hominem attacks.

This often occurs in academia or on college campuses, or in “mostly peaceful protests” that seldom are.  Now, don’t get me wrong.  I fully support every American, including the ignorant and indoctrinated, to exercise their right of free speech – as long as it doesn’t incite vandalism, violence, or the obstruction of other citizens and first responders to go about their tasks.

The latest non-sensical illustration of leftism run-amuck can be seen in any one of the “No Kings” rallies this past weekend.  The irony of these myriad leftists accusing conservatives of the very thing that their leftist politicians are factually guilty of having done is the very definition of a “lack of self-awareness”.  From weaponizing lawfare, to curbing and doxing free speech, to stifling the democratic process, these leftists are far more guilty than anything the Trump administration has ever attempted to do; this includes their lawlessness and corruption.  Just ask the "Big Guy".

Evidently, they STILL fail to realize that Kamala was appointed the presidential nominee for the Democrat Party without a single solitary vote cast for her in a primary.  And this occurred all the while that these same leftists worked non-stop in some states to try and remove the Republican candidate for president from state ballots.  So, who are the defenders of Democracy?  It sure as hell isn’t the left. 

Now I can understand the frustration some folks have with President Trump.  Indeed, I did not even vote for him the first time he ran against the congenitally corrupt liar Hillary.  (I voted for the Constitution Party candidate.) I have voted for Trump since though, as I have seen the good that he has done for our country far outweighing the bad.

And unlike most leftists, I am able to criticize Trump when I think he has gone astray.  Including by notifying the White House and my Congress critters when I disagree with him and them.  This was something that was never done by the left regarding the dementia-addled and corrupt puppet that was the head of the Biden crime family. 

What are the things I disagree upon with President Trump, you ask?

Well let’s list a few.

1.      1. Trump stated that he wanted to use regular military troops to safeguard some cities and even use it for “training”.  While it is tragically and disgustingly wrong that leftist mayors refuse to fight crime in their own towns to the detriment of their own constituents, I think it is an exceptionally bad idea, and illegal to boot as per the posse comitatus law, to deploy the military to keep the peace in our cities simply because of high crime rates.  This does NOT negate the lawful need to deploy limited National Guard troops to protect federal facilities and employees when blue city politicians refuse to do so.

2.      2. Trump in his trade negotiations with China has still allowed hundreds of thousands of visas for Chinese students to enter our universities.  As each student is typically a tool and required by the CCP to report on their R&D in such places back to China, I think this is a huge national security issue.  I cannot fathom what Trump is thinking here.  Its not like you see Chinese nationals are enrolling to learn about gender studies here. 

3.      3. Qatar.  It was foolish to accept the plane from the Qataris.  Further, it is dangerous to allow them to bring their jets into our country and train with our military.  Qatari leadership has been supportive of the Muslim Brotherhood and has offered safe haven to the Hamas terrorist leaders in their country, not that this stopped the brave Israelis from hunting them down anyway.  Regardless, we should not be in an alliance with Qatar, let alone allowing them limited access to a military base here.

4.      4. Trump was actually mad that Israel went after the Hamas leaders that orchestrated the October 7^th attacks in Qatar.  He should have been applauding the Israelis and providing intelligence and support in tracking down these terrorists.

5.      5. The Trump administration has or is allowing the exploitation of valuable natural resources in some of our most precious and unique public lands that are either adjacent to some national parks or other protected areas without requiring full due diligence of the environmental impact of doing so.

6.      6. Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump slammed the door shut on Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, Israel’s biblical heartland and the disputed territory the world has labeled the “West Bank.” In an emphatic, unequivocal, and unqualified declaration, the president exclaimed: “I will not allow Israel to annex the West Bank. No, I will not allow it. It’s not going to happen.” This is ISRAELI land and should not be handed over to terrorists and their supporters whom work towards the destruction of neighboring Israel.

7.      7. And then there is Trump’s penchant for childish behavior.  I expect the President of the United States to act with dignity and decorum at all times as he represents us and our nation.  I understand that the left is just begging to be trolled and put back in their cribs because of their infantile behavior, but it is very unbecoming for the president or his administration to do so in a juvenile manner, as happens way too often.

Now despite these issues I have with Trump, I still feel that the good that he has done in securing our borders and routing out illegal and sometimes dangerously criminal elements from our nation is a very good and necessary thing.  He has refocused and is rebuilding our military to its primary purpose of defending our nation and its interest by being more lethal and mission oriented instead of a DEI social experiment.  He has helped to foster peace in many places throughout the world that the left either ignored or said couldn’t be accomplished. 

The Abraham Accords in particular have been a stupendous success and undoubtedly would have garnered a Nobel Prize for any other president if they had orchestrated such success and had a “D” behind their name.  Trump has also started curbing the Biden inflation rates and is restoring our economy.  401K’s are rising once again for the millions of middle-class people that depend on them for retirement.  And he is cutting out so much waste, fraud and abuse from the government.  Granted, if I were the KING, I would slash every single item in the budget that was not explicitly authorized by the constitution. 

Perhaps I am simply more conservative than Trump, or my favorite president Reagan for that matter.  You see, I was NEVER a Democrat.

Yes, Trump can be frustrating and sometimes takes stances on issues that seem to be contrary to good governance and common sense as I noted above; however, He is doing an overall masterful job of repairing the damage of the socialist dystopia and the soul crushing policies that the leftist regime of the auto-pen Biden administration had championed.  That is the real monarchy that a classical liberal should be rallying against!  A leftist never will, of course.

The "Recognition" of a Palestinian State and Rise of Nazism's Evil Again

 

When I was a young teenager, I was given a great opportunity to travel with a school group to the Netherlands.  Of all of the various sites we saw, one that still sticks vividly with me to this day is the house where Anne Frank and her family stayed for two years along with another Jewish family, the Van Pels, in a hidden upstairs annex concealed behind a book case during World War II.  They were forced to hide there as the Nazis were rounding up Jews and sending them off to concentration camps as part of their “final solution” where six million Jews and enemies of Hitler died.  

Unfortunately, Anne and her family were eventually discovered and sent to concentration camps where they also perished.  Sadly, only her father, Otto Frank, survived. 

I have seen too much evil in my life but having seen this is one of my earlier moments in life where I intellectually discovered the extent of such evil in the world.  It is part of the reason why I am impatient and indeed sickened by indoctrinated or ignorant people carelessly or casually throwing around the term “Nazi” at political opponents.

Ironically this is a particularly common practice for the ignoramuses and useful idiots that champion the causes of the Nazi-heirs of today, “the Palestinians”. 

After World War II the state of Israel was re-created once again in the historical homeland of the Jews given to them by God in the Old Testament.  Indeed, the Israeli areas of Judea and Samaria, which the Jordanians renamed “the West Bank” after they captured the territory in one of their endless wars against Israel, now have the modern-day “Palestinians” claiming this area as their own land, despite it being rich with Jewish history. 

This land is where most of the major events recorded in Scripture took place. Indeed, some 90% of place names mentioned in the Bible are located here. It’s a land with a rich Jewish history where you’ll find these well-known biblical sites:

    Hebron - where Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are buried.

    Jericho - conquered by Joshua when its walls fell down.

    Shiloh - where Israel worshipped God at the tabernacle for 369 years.

    Shechem - where Joseph is buried on land purchased by Jacob.

    Bethel - traditional site of Jacob's dream.

    Bethlehem - birthplace of Jesus Christ.

And yet the “Palestinians” deceitfully and inaccurately claim this is their historical homeland.  Indeed, they demand that Israel be cleansed of Jews “from the river to the sea” for this land to be “rightfully” returned to them. 

Did you know that Hebrew is the world’s oldest still-spoken language? Extrabiblical modern archaeology proved this point with the discovery of several artifacts, including the Geza Calendar, the Zayit Stone, and the Qeiyafa Ostracon, all found in various sites across Israel. Science has dated each of these artifacts to the 10th century before Christ (1,000-901 B.C.).  No other language still commonly spoken on this planet dates back so far.

Furthermore, these ancient artifacts also prove another important fact, separate from the Bible; each of these tablets has a reference to JHWH or Yahweh - God of the Old Testament. This makes Judaism the oldest still-practicing religion on earth.

To put this in biblical perspective, 1050-930 B.C. was the era of Kings Saul, David and Solomon. And of course, we know from Old Testament history, rabbinic Jewish tradition, and other extrabiblical historic sources that the Hebrew language and religion existed long before King Saul’s time or these ancient artifacts.

Do you know what archaeology has not found? Any reference to “Palestinians” prior to the mid-1960s.  Sure, the ancient Romans renamed Israel to insult the Jews, and the British mandate kept that name. However, even during those times, Arabs NEVER identified as or called themselves “Palestinian.” Instead, Arabs living in the Holy Land referred to themselves as either Jordanians or Syrians.  The term "Palestinian” did not arise until the Arabs re-invented the term in the mid-1960s as a political ploy to try to eradicate Jews from their own historical homeland.  Jordan lost possession and control of Judea and Samaria in 1967, after Arab nations tried and failed to seize all of Israel but, irrationally, the “West Bank” name stuck.

In 1964, the Arab League met to conspire to eliminate Israel and the Jews. Thirteen of Israel’s enemies to include the United Arab Republic (Egypt and Syria), Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen Arab Republic, Libya, Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia, Kuwait, and Algeria, met for the evil goal of destroying Israel and taking the land as their own.

The Arab League formed what they called the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), renamed the Arabs living in Israel as “Palestinians,” and set about accomplishing their singular goal of taking over Israel.

Fast-forward 60 years, and anti-Semitic Arabs continue with their same tricks. They demand a “Palestinian State,” and they continue to insist that all of Israel is theirs “from the (Jordan) river to the (Mediterranean) sea.” There is no room for Jews in their genocidal plan or “their land”.

To this day, Arab children even of kindergarten age are taught that Jews are demons. School plays have children dress in suicide bomb jackets and pretend to cut Jewish throats to prepare for future “martyrdom.” The result is generations of psychopaths, and its fruit can be seen on October 7, 2023, and even in the “pro-Palestine” protests still happening across the globe, including here in our own United States colleges and Universities.

Israel has wanted only to live in peace in their historical and ancestral homeland.  They have negotiated in good faith for decades to this end.  Indeed, Israel has even already tried a prototype two-state solution.

In 2005, Israel agreed to give up its land on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea to the “Palestinians” in exchange for peace. Over a period of two months, the Israelis forced every Jew out of the Gaza Strip and turned it over to the Palestinian Authority (formerly known as the Palestine Liberation Organization, a known terrorist group). Even Jewish families who had farmed that land since time immemorial were evicted from their homes and land. The Israeli government turned the area over to the “Palestinian” Arabs, believing this two-state solution would bring peace. To this day, under Israeli law, it is illegal for a Jew to enter the territory.

Over the last two decades, the “Palestinians” in Gaza destroyed the farms and greenhouses the former Israeli residents had left behind. Instead, they built tunnels to move terrorists into Israeli territory and imprison Jewish hostages. The “Palestinian” people in Gaza continue to elect Hamas as their leadership in every election, and they educate their children to become martyrs. Those same tunnels built by “Palestinian” terrorists still hold Jewish hostages from the October 7, 2023, massacre to this day.  Every single time the “Palestinians” have been offered a permanent two-state solution they have soundly rejected the idea. They want Israel to be theirs and theirs alone.  There is no room, nor will there ever be, for compromise.

Now, on Monday September 22, 2025, the United Kingdom set off a landslide designed to all but eradicate the world’s only Jewish state of Israel. The UK in the guise of the corrupt, incompetent, and impotent United Nation world body formally recognized a “state” that has no borders, nor a single mention in all of human history, and no leaders other than scattered Hamas terrorists.  Unfortunately, when the U.K. decided to recognize the so-called “Palestinian state”, other cowardly and ignorant nations followed suit, including France, Canada, Australia, Belgium, and Portugal.  As of right now, 157 U.N. member nations (81% of the international body) now recognize a “Palestinian state”.

Right now, there are only 34 U.N. member nations, including Germany, Italy, and Japan, (ironically the old Axis Powers of WWII) that have NOT recognized this terrorists’ fairy tale of a country.  In other words, the UN has voted to support a two-state solution that defies history and logic.  Luckily as a permanent member of the UN security council, the US can and must use its veto power to stop this evil perpetration of a terrorist regime to gain its own nation. 

In the interim, the U.N. has already passed a measure declaring it is the intent of the international body to divide the land God gave Israel to “create” this state that never existed, despite the fact that Hamas continues to hold Jewish hostages in Gaza tunnels for 1 year, 11 months, and 23 days since the October 7, 2023 massacre.

This ignorant and evil accord of the U.N. and its anti-Israel member nations have taught Hamas that terror will be rewarded. All a terror organization needs to do is kill 1,200 innocent women, children, and elderly people, and the U.N. will apparently relent and give the terrorist organization what it wants. 

It is telling that the “Palestinian” people in Gaza are so barbaric and unwilling to behave as civilized, peaceful human beings that even surrounding Arab countries like Egypt and Jordan REFUSE to take these murderous people into their own countries.

The “Palestinian” people in Gaza have had 20 years to live up to their land-for-peace deal with Israel. Yet for two decades, they have refused to live up to their end of the bargain. “Palestinians” continue to hold 50 Jews hostage in the tunnels beneath Gaza, 20 of whom are still, but barely, alive.

It is these ghoulish anti-Semitic “Palestinians” and their useful idiots throughout the world that wish for and work to bring to fruition the genocide of the Jewish race. It is the indoctrination in many colleges, Universities, and the failed mainstream media that work to perpetrate these falsehoods. 

It is the “Palestinian” people and their supporters that are the true Nazi-heirs-in-ideology.  And because of this grotesque evil, 157 Nations Now “Recognize” a terrorist “Palestinian State” that has never existed in all of human history.  One can only wonder how many Anne Franks there may be in our near future yet again if this evil is allowed to continue to fester.  Now the older man I am today, like the once younger boy, shivers at the thought of this possibility.
